Update (, Description only): The related paper on “Comparative analysis of imaging configurations and objectives for Fourier microscopy” by Jonathan A. In all cases, this required a shift in the position of the Bertrand Lens of ~1cm further from the tube lens. Specifically, the position of the Bertrand Lens has been modified so that it correctly images the BFP image onto the real image plane.
